I need a dev to confirm this please?

So because my google account stopped working and it has been two days already, I used my existing sts account (it did not have any characters in it, i just made it for forum) to start a new character ign: yourgirlraia.


I power leveled to my new character so I could get a lucky egg and open on my my existing character ign: Azerothraven but when I power level it opened the egg.

Long time ago I heard someone say, if your pet is level one, you could get dev to convert the opened pet into egg again. I would appreciate it if this was done since i am already Descipline rank in Azerothraven.


Please confirm if this is still possible or if you know how or who i can contact for this.

When you power level or pay plat to level up, you don't get a lucky egg, you just get lucky in your stable.
I read that Sts no longer will re-egg, but hey it's worth a shot, just try emailing them. GL!!

You are making STS appear to becoming worse at customer service... first they stopped de-levelling and now this?

as long as the ign is not used for scamming or tricking people its all good (i remember someone using my name then trashtalking people -.-) but anyways again i appreciate it and your op greeting XD

I know what it is liked to be scammed; lost my hard earned gold 200k with lepre and lunar scam when i started out. Back than 200k was a lottt for me and took me entire month to earn so i could farm locked in km3. I will never forget or forgive that person. I almost quit the game after that scam . But it is all behind me now. I consider myself a good sport and i have never scammed since i joined AL and been a proud officer of Farming Base ( Top 15 LB Guild). Scamming is beneath me because i know what it feels like and more rewarding to farm anyway. Plus, dont feel need to scam when i am rich af (jks). I got platnum!!!
