BUG with my Balanced Judicator of Power Awaken slots

Hi, i have craft a Balanced Judicator of Power and reawake it with around 50 elite awaken gems and a couple of awaken gem too (around 1 million gold lost!) and i still only have 1 slot unlocked, i dont think this is normal, i have awake many items and after a maximum of 10 awake all slots where unlocked, please sts have a look on that. Thx

It's made on luck, u can't blame anyone for it... Not even STS

u have ever put 1 million of awake and still dont unlock any slots? no i dont think its normal, never seen that!
