Speed Set Lvl 10 Rogue Twink

I bought it and I'm using it, but it seems to be too flimsy for me to do any serious damage.

If you use a lvl 10 Noxious Haste of Brutality set, can you give me your thoughts on it?

I use my lvl 10 rogue for farming events, when my main account warrior runs out of energy, I find it helps me double prizes etc. and runs are the same if not easier.

for the life of me, even though I move super fast, I can't clean maps as well. I put on my tanky twinky rogue gear, I move slow, but I take a better beating and can thug up maps easier... It's weird and I'm not sure if it's better? I found moving around bosses is better, but I also know standing toe to toe with my tank gear is also just as good, if not better...
