Suggestion: Tab for passive abilities

Since we the ability to use pets as a base for passive, Why cant we see a tab that will show the passives for all the levels that apply. Like a small tab that will open a window and show the lvls and passives at that level. I think it will be useful to find passives you want instead of searching and leveling up a bunch of pets.
