What is the best map to level in when you finish all quests.

When you finish ALL quests you should be level 100 already. If not, you'll be at least 98 for sure, and in that case just run either first or second map for Asylum Earth and kill the boss for the orbs.

You won't necessarily be 98. Depends on the elixirs you used to do quests. You'll be at least 95 though because that's what is required to do the final quests and get into Asylum maps.

Run the first Asylum map while doing the key quest. That map has the least number of mobs and is fastest for getting to the boss.

Well even without any good elixirs you should still be 96 after the 200 crystal quest. After that, 100 warlords should boost you at least 2 more levels unless you literally get 0 20k and 10k drops which is highly unlikely. I started the 100 warlord quest at level 96.5 and reached level 100 when I was around 85/100 done with the quest. What I meant when I said being at least 98 after completing all quests, I factored in the 100 warlord quest. I think you thought I meant just after the 200 quest, which yeah most wouldn't be at 98 after finishing that.
