Yes they said it was a mistake but still haven't done anything to get rid of them 46 and below. They needed to scale gear to the point were it made para useless but endgame and low lvl legends are being scaled as one which is why the last couple event gear or crate gear has been worse to the likes of ice scale ancient epidemic etc etc. So until they scale low lvl items and endgame items differently every legend gear will be worse so paras will stay op.

Para grants approx +20dmg only..
Check order jewels u can use in twinks and check those +45 all state heroic and check awakenings granting +5 all stat on each slot..
Para stats are now noob. No need to say anything for eye jewels :P
