i would say that is not scamming but.....the idea on the bottom is that you are taking advantage of non-knowledge of ppl.
So it is hard to consider it 100% legit.
Different is when you control market based on rarity (and you had the money power to buy enough to make something rare).
So.....my opinion is .....that if you do that you are not a scammer but you should be ashamed of yourself!?!? Yeah ......something like this xD
