lvl 35 int mage build needed!!

So im making this mage to rush rushers hehe.. Lots of people rush my cute little bear and im sick of it.. So i need a dangerous int mage lvl 35 build. I wanna pwn! Hehe oh and what items should i use

Mine are slightly different: best pvp set= voodoo helm,voodoo fire pin, voodoo robe, copperhead doll or swamp juice
Stats: pure int for max skill damge(less survivabilty) :/

Combo: ice, thunder, firestorm, drain life. ( against birds: drain life, ice, thunder, firestorm)
Armor: voodoo set.

anyway,
go frog helm, brainfreeze robe and eye, and fire pin for a cheap and effective set. Frostbite will not be your main damage dealer. Max heal, 5 firestorm, max both blessings, max drain.
3 thunder, 2 frostbite, 1 mana shield, and no icestorm because of its long effect time and small range. You do whatever you want with leftover points.
