fyber offer struggle

Hello, i want to ask sts if they can do anything about it... Fyber offers almost always dont give credits back or they give after emailing each other for about a month...some of the offer costs real money so is it possible you can fix it or was it supposed to be a scam site in the first place...

I️ don’t think sts can do anything about it but personally when I️ do offers for them (even ones that I️ have to pay for) they work 7 times out of 10. However when they don’t work I️ email them and in about a week they respond to me and give me my plat fast.
