"We are interactive in the community" may be true but all i see is the dev's replying to not so important issues. How about instead of replying to a photo, why don't the devs take a look at the other reply's and see what's really happening. If you have already read our issues give us feedback at least, I don't get want inter-active means tbh as we are keep getting shut down constantly, like stated by Gary they reply to professional responses, well I created a "professional suggestion" without hate or negativity, just expressing my thoughts and others. But that hasn't got a reply in almost 3 days. Let alone it being a issue many players have atm, what should be considered since the start of the expansion is why haven't we received f2p, don't bring up maso, that is last seasons content. Still works today but we'd rather not have repetitive content.

Like always once players don't get a reply within days were been ignored, it takes 2 seconds out of a day to give feedback or reply "we're working on it" "we are considering". But due to not receiving these comments over days and weeks players feel ignored so then rants, anger and such flow out, we aren't responsible.

Uhm it was not just a photo. It was about Arcane bow proc being bugged..
But yes it often takes ages until STS replies to stuff. Took me like 6 posts over 1 year until they made crafting animation open for skipping on iOS (finally they did it, thx sts)
