I did pumpkin head quest and can't get in. I heard you can bribe him but how?

Im assuming you mean, get back to the halloween maps?
you can search for "haunted halloween", just make the game type "all"

Bribe...? Don't think so... Is a bug but you can use the "Join" button if you want in the halloween dungeon...

quest is in forest Haven.You have to buy a plat costume to get the quest. Hal in Forest Haven has the details.
