2 x vials event

Hi !! Guys

I check many times there are 2-3 or no vials in auction many times.

So i ll gratefull if sts brings 2 x vials drop event from wherever it drops.

How will this event work? Double your chances or actually 2 vials for every 1 you loot? I still think it's luck. My friend looted 3 in past week.
