    Default Forgotten ruins daily and hourly quest

    I can no longer get these quests from npc.

    you're right, omg, this is screwed @_@

    if it's intended to make 1-30 can only farm victus, 31-61 can only magna, and 62++ can only suck our finger, then ouch
