Yes they need to make money, but that's not entirely the point, they are a company that develops apps (games), enhances and maintain. So with money comes interacting with the community, if all they care about is money then i guess they shouldn't work for a game company.

Someone had to buy the keys with platnum in the hope that they will sell them or use them. That is how STS made money to begin with but then they decide actually let's not do anything related to keys. When crate keys were annouced after cancelling the plan to launch the expansion a week later, many people assumed the keys were released because they would have new locks to open in the expansion. It's been a week and still no nightmare crate available. I will be annoyed if nightmare dont become available at least until Elondrian Event or the items available in twilight or blood leaf type crates which can be opened with keys.Originally Posted by Kakashis
