Thats an Awesome Idea! And i agree, pvp at low level became like "You need golds or you Lose" Without Tavern, Keys and MM You are useless. That around 7m, + You need at least 150 armor on Weapon and Ring...

That Means only Rich People only get into pvp now, Means they are not much.
