What is the best mage build for PVE level 66? Just curious thanks!

Well for maus runs i use ice 3/4 gale 3/4 clock 3/4 and shield 3/4 all passives 5/5 except agility.. Then for mastery 7 gale 7 clock and 5 shield.. works best for me in pve for harder maps i also have nightmare set so helps alot!! Add me in game if you like
