    Exclamation Has anyone had their email answered by Fyber recently?

    Got an automated email request for screenshots. Replied with the screenshots on the same day. Days later and still no reply (automated or human).

    Anyone else having the same issue?

    If its an issue with many players then maybe it will help if the developers could look into it.

    Fyber has human employees, the first email is automated. They usually reply to me in 2-3 business days, Tapjoy is horrible however. Took me 9 BUSINESS days to get my plat for an offer I did, and even then got nothing good from nightmare crates.

    If you don't get a reply in like 5 business days, try sending them another email

    Fyber has always been good to me made over 60k plat from them never had a problem with customer support or offers, they are always very friendly

    Normally I'm ok with Fyber, this is the first time I've experienced such. Just wondering if there would be a reason to the hold up.

    Tomorrow would be 5 days so I'll try and send another email if there's no reply by then, thanks.

    Take the ticket number from your emails and go to the official fiber site.send them an email from there that includes your ticket number.That's the only way i get replies from them now.usually get a quick response after that.

    Fyber has been good for me. Tapjoy is a provider I'll probably never do any offers for. I sent them a mail and provided screenshots 9th July, still waiting. But I suppose I don't mind much, somehow I'm actually really getting into the game I played for the offer
