Pricing question on 66 pvp

Hey guys, so I've been taking a break for the past few months and now that the expansion just dropped I was curious about the 66 gear. First off, is 61 more active than 66 pvp? If not, how expensive would it be to get some great 66 gear for rogue? Thanks everyone for the responses in advance!
