Reduced the time of proc vortex? Sword 66
1- The proc area is small; (horrible)
2- To make proc work (activate) is difficult (takes too long);
3- when active, it rarely does what it's meant to do (pulls) it needs to load (charge) normal
Attack to make it happen;
And now.. to finalize Decided to decrease the vortex time?
Sts.. what is this? A joke?

Thank you for your feedback! After checking this, my findings are:
1: This is subjective... the pull damages mobs, so it's range is supposed to on the short side
2. It procs frequently for me
3. I haven't seen this. I also don't need to charge my attack to get it to work
4. The vortex time was too long
In pve sword good work
In pvp sword bad work
For pve sword 66 works great
For pvp and duels it is far from a good option .. the time vortex work has decreased a lot, there is no time to see the effect, 2 or 3 seconds no time to enjoy proc
