I think its a missunderstanding,because u looked at elixirs and it shows 25% 30min

go to avatar-> elixiers and there u see ur current elixirs

OK a detailed explanation for lovely AL friends, here:

I purchased 30% luck reroll 30min elixir from auction , there was no stat elixir active at that time on my char(checked it). Double clicked on the kit ,the luck reroll timer started ticking. I opened the elixir list in avatar tab and that shows you have 25% luck reroll running instead of showing 30%. Tested (meaning I tried it all over again) again,result was same. I was getting -5% luck

Well there are two possibilities (maybe im just a brainless kid):
1. The luck elix is just shown as the 25% elix but gives 30%
2. The luck elix really gives only 25% instead of 30%.
Devs need to look into this since we cant see whats wrong with it.

You have 30%. The UI shows the 25% running to prevent you from trying to buy the 25% elixir and to show the duration. It's always worked that way...If you buy a combo elixir, and click on the elixir button, you'll see all of them running.
