can anyone explain the meaning "Unauthorised Purchase of Platinum" when i purchase the platinum with my own money..

That is depending on the platform where the payment takes place...back then had same problem...using google payment...there is a spending limit security... Email google or ios support ect..

I purchased the 600plat and got banned the next day. (i was using android)

I saw only iPad or google pay are working but one time. They decline 2nd purchases. Not sure how is payment mode to STS from these. But I see some comfusion from these transactions. I think unauthorized purchased must be blocked automatically rather than punishing player who really trying to do right purchase but getting into these issues
