All lvl 66 arcanes looks to be same. I see lvl 46 weapons rocking with nice procs.

The key is to get mobs being charmed (they will fight for us), and move to other mobs. Dont focus on charmed mobs.
I think the problem is the proc rate not good as immo and flame staff.
