Anybody know roughly how long fyber support takes?

Did a plat offer this morning that required making a purchase. Didnt get my plat so i did the support stuff sending in screenshots etc. Anybody ever done this before and remember roughly how long it took to receive the plat?

I have done multiple offers from fyberr and has no success what so ever on getting my plat,
If you ever get your plat, well done, a tip from me would be to stay away from they're offers.

Ive had success before and am fully confident their support will resolve this. Otherwise i get pissed and complain like no other til kts fixed lol. Thanks at Iagiotr

You are probably doing the wrong offers. Most of the surveys and quizzes are scams. Only do the app offers where you download apps and finish the requirements. I've received almost 3k plats from offers on fyber.

Also it usually takes 2-4 days for a response from fyber.

I recently did an offer as well where I bought Dr Seuss books for my kids took screenshot but wasn't enough so make sure you have an email confirming you did the offer they are big on that or else you might not get it. Usually 2 days tops 4 good luck!!! And bring back trialpay offers STS smh

I got a response 3 weeks after I sent screenshot asking for a screenshot. Sent the same screenshot as before and haven't heard back. It's been a week
