I talked to Flip about Rivet (named mine "Toaster") and he said the upside down thing is technically a bug but they think its cool, i said I agree. Anything that adds to its personality is a good thing. Sit in your guildhall for 5 mins or so and watch him, he takes off and explores pretty far from you. Unfortunately pets are like rainbows, everyone sees them differently. It would be cool if everyone could see Toaster exploring like I do, but it would lag too much Flip said. This also means while he may be upside down to you, the other people around you might not see it, or vice versa. All in all they did a good job of him i think!
