Default finally! no root screen shots for Android! (Samsung galaxy series only)

I know some of you may have this already but for those of you who don't this is an amazing app. for non rooted Android phones (Samsung galaxy series only) that allows you to take screen shots! This app works amazingly on my galaxy S2 & galaxy tablet. It's called screenshot shortcut and has a free version for testing, the paid app for $1.99(I think) which gives you the capture on shake option is totally worth it . Attached are some screen shots of how it looks in app market and a link to the app directly. I hope you enjoy this app as much as I have!

Here are some screen.shots of the app using the app

Nice find! But I thought galaxy s phones could already take screenshots without an app? My sisters can.

This would be new to me? As stated I own the galaxy 7" inch tablet and the new galaxy s2, neither of which I have ever seen an option for screen shots in the OS or while browsing the Manuel. I will look into it tho.... Hmmmmm

    Edit:
Holy crap! I looked into for Samsung galaxy s2 it does have a built in capability to take screenshots. To Do this all you have to do is hold the power button and home screen key simultaneously! also there are more phones listed here that have this option built in!

Lol... Well now I know but seriously I just upgraded my phone and even asked the sales rep if it could take screenshots and he said "oh yeh really easy...just root the phone then get an app and viola!" I was just happy I found one without having to root...haha but the built in capabilities are so much faster thanks guys!

Cyanogenmod has had this feature since 7.1 IIRC.

Also, this will become standard in Android 4.0. I suppose until then this is a compromise.
