Kindle fire 8 (7th generarion) not compatible

I can not update my kindle fire 8 with new client. Older kindle is updated but newer one can't update. Error states that it's not compatible with that model.

I was hoping after the shut down today it would work but still nothing. I'm surprised they haven't tried to fix it yet. Eliminating a whole platform for their game isn't really good for the health of the game.

Still not working it tells me to update when I click on update it takes me to Amazon app and all it has on it is open so I click it and its says update is needed

Try uninstalling the game completely and install it again. If you can't update maybe it will fix it

Tried several times. Game isn't even in the kindle ap store for the 7th generation kindle. Something changed and game is stuck in the loop mentioned above.

I am wondering about this too... any solutions yet? Game is not even in app store, only Start legends and pocket legends.

I just bought a new kindle 8 hd and hoped to play the event on it today but I can't download AL from the app store because of this incompatibility issue. However I am able to download and play al using the apk.
