Uller armor upgrade quest bug

While running Nordr to complete the armor upgrade "retrieve shards from Nordr time stones" I ran in elite. I saw the graphic that I collected a shard however when I finished and wanted to turn it in i notice quest log said I have 0 of 3 shards. I was not able to collect shards in normal mode. I'm stuck and need the quest reset or dropped or somehow I'm bugged to finish.

I submitted a ticket to support on 7/30. Received a email 5hat it was being sent to design team. Two weeks later I sent a follow up email. One week later I pm'd Cinco. One week after that I pm'd JustG. It had been over a months and i can't find out what is happening or if it can be fixed. I paid 6m gold on the armor and helm set. I would really like to finish the quest and don't know what else to do.

Any help I can get is greatly appreciated

Upgrade the set on another character that is lvl 36+ and stash it to your main. You will still get the aps.

So, the first time u do it...is in the elite maps?

Yes. First time was in elite map. Infectivity you are a genious. Can Some One confirm that the completed set is stashable?

Bump this. Still have the same problem and wouls like to know if there is any hope for a resolution.

We have a fix that prevents this from happening in the future.

What's your ign on the character who is stuck? We'll need to edit your data a bit so you can re-run the quest.
