Merge Guilds Option

I feel there should be a "merge guilds" option. How it would work is you would have to be leader of your guild, and then when you click on another player, then you click the "Inspect" option. Then, if they are also the leader of their guild, there would be a "merge guilds" option. Then, you would click that, and it would send a request to that guild saying you want to merge guilds, and they can accept or reject it. The reason why I feel this should be an option because if you and another guild master want to merge guilds, it would be annoying to tell all your members to leave and join that guild. It would be easier to have that option. I think this would be a good idea. I would like to have some feedback from players of this game, and tell me what they think.

We need to have an option to reject all merge requests, think of the spam all the lb guilds have to go through.

A real merge is made up of different features and agreement between both masters/officers, it's not just put all members in the same place. This is why I think this option would be useless.

Who stays master/officer etc.?
What name does the guild keep/get?
Who decides the name/ officers etc.?
