How do I get Trail pay offers??

So I am a pretty old AL player, and many years ago I had Trail Pay Offers. Which were amazing!

But now I dont have those anymore and only have Fyber/Tapjoy offers while other people DO have Trailpay offers. I tried to find a way to get Trailpay but nothing worked...

Can anyone help me get Trail Pay offers?? I would be very happy since Trailpay is wayyy better then Fyber and Tapjoy!!

I also preferred Trialplay . STS please return Trialplay offers! Plz!
