How to find Dreameater on level 66?

If you level up using platinum, directly to level 66, how to kill the Dream eater boss for the achievement point?

Please if anyone has any info, do share.

If it's not possible (and we can't seem to think of a way) Please devs, make it possible, it's not fair to be unable to complete an AP just cuz you used short cut

(In my opinion).

Yeah I guessed so. But this is not for a quest, it's for an achievement point. So if it was intended that way, probably not all sides were considered

That's why I'm asking the devs to reconsider and make it somehow available for the people who leveled up to 66 with the platinum option.
