Blur

I've been seeing that nobody has been using blur. Mostly for the reason that it has such a long cool down rate and is mana costly. For the future when pvp comes it could be very useful. If you have pvped in pocket legends youll know about at the beginning of a fight each person will pretty much pour out all their buffs, de-buffs and attacks on the other and i was thinking that 6 seconds of huge chance to dodge could win many fights.

I have 5 blur in my 25 twink, I had the same feeling as you. I also have a crit build planned for level 30 pvp with custom set. Both operative of course.

I too have a lvl 25 twink with blur, but mine has 6.

Full plat armor and plat duals

I personally think Lurch is a useless skill, and yes, I agree with all who say blur is very useful for Pvp purposes, but there is no pvp in star legends! Most enemies are weak and have a low hit% so you don't new to worry about that. I suggest replacing it with a debuffing or attack skill.
