Posting in the Player Guides section?

I put together a small simple guide on understanding threat levels and scaled drops and was going to post it under the Player Guides section but when I hit the Post New Thread was told I could not do so. Any suggestions on what to do? Should I post it here?

you post it in general discussion then private message samhanye and he will move it to guides. this happens so only good guides go in. not useless stuff
