They will never return accidental purchases even with proof. -from experience.

they refunded mine... not a definitely no refund... email the support
If you are on IOS, there is a 12 day refund period for any purchase made.
Just look up how to get a refund in iTunes in google and it’s easy steps. You don’t need to hassle STS for this.
It takes 1-2 weeks for the money to show up.
How I know this:
I made a purchase in a different game and I felt very disappointed with the offers as I felt it was misleading so I did the steps for refund and in the end I got to keep the item I bought and got my money back
EDIT: I did not realize u did not accidentally buy the plat and bought deed with platnum
