i still use them when i cant use my voice set bonus, elite and pvp

It also depends Arielle. Is this for pvp or pve? If pve then yes people still use arc ring and arc pen together and like Avaree said with good awakenings it will help substantially. If pvp then I would suggest a speed set because most speed set rogues will snipe and run and you'll be way to slow to catch up. Some people still use the duo in pvp tho due to big armor crit and health bonus's. If you do use tho for pvp just make sure you get some hella OP awakenings on them because they have 4 slots not 3, so anything is possible lol. Hope I was of somewhat help to ya!!
