If and they probably is vanity for this event so it will cost at least 90m to be top 5 in class but if pursue just for banner 30-40m is enough.

30-40m is incorrect.. That's if you just spend gold on energy kits, even then it's not that much. All you have to do is make it to top 25 and some extra points then farm energy kits. I did that last year and only spent around 5m on the banner.
