open the nvidia manager and put the performance bar to full performance instead of quality, after it worked for me.

HERE are the actual rules for what's supported and not. You may be able to compare with your configuration and see why it's failing.

I can't seem to get this to work either. WebGL isn't enabled and I seemed to have forgotten how to enable it on Chrome. X__X

Well, I was able to get it working previously (about a week ago), but now I guess there's a new version, and it's giving me the graphics error. None of the suggestions I've been able to find here in the forum have worked. Blurg

Sadly, you won't. What you can do is hit System Preferences and go into Energy Saver (okay, I know it's weird, but work with me here). Under either Power Adapter or Battery (depending on what you're using) you can choose "Higher Performance" at the top of the page next to "Graphics". I've been playing with Chrome on my MacBook Pro and mine's set at the default "Better Battery Life" and seems to be working fine.

ETA: I love my Mac, but if I were in charge of the world, the ability to play more with the hardware would be my first fiat. Sigh...i've got still got my Linux computer to give me my tinkering fix, thankfully.

I have mac OS X version 10.5.8 and I can not get PL on my computer. Reading these threads is like latin to me. Any tips. Having same problem...Failed to initialize graphics. You may need to update your graphic drivers.
