Account security
I now there are scammers and ppl like this. But if there is any account security like verification password change or email change verification then game will be more safe. I mean its not bad idea to add this option in game. But STS should think about it.
Example : I was changing my email adress. 'Username@mail.com'. But I registered mail - 'UsRname@mail.com' and I didn't see wrong typed mail. So, I forgot password so I decided to send it to my mail. But then I remember, that I don't have this mail. So my account was gone.
I think it was good idea to make password reset more safe. But it still can't give me back my account.
