[possible issue] toxy's aa inducing lags?

seems like it's almost no coincidence that everytime i use toxy, party complain being lagged and many weird things happens, e.g. stun not stunning, melee enemies become ranged, etc

please check for it, and i hope it won't nerf toxy, thanks
