The quest from Cindy gets you the Jack-o-lantern helm. The shoulder patch/emblem thingie was a Deal of the Day item. Is it the helm quest you're not getting?

No problem.I went back in and checked with a toon that had already done the helm quest and nope, nothing more from Cindy, except for wondering if her head is actually a piñata.
