Regarding the 40 plat Balloon pet.

A. The Balloon pet which cost about $6 in plat. or.....
B. Instead of buying it I could buy a 3 packs of 25 balloons for ~$6 at a party store.

The foil ones do. Not actually sure what they're made of, but I've had the same parrot shaped one in my room since first grade, and it takes quite a bit of force to poke through it.

That's still 2 for 6 bucks! Better deal

Mm, but can they withstand fire? I just walked with mine in one of the fires, and it didn't explode.

And how long do these foil balloons stay floating? Do you have to buy new ones everytime they come down, or do you invest in helium gass? Not to speak about the dangers of having a year supply of helium in your house O.o So, not much of a better deal IMO

They stay floating forever! Never come down! Gonna try taking an old one outside with a lighter.

edit: 108 seconds with a lighter, before it popped. Around 85 degrees out too.

I filled it up with air, don't have any access to helium right now.

Forever?!? Still wouldn't sustain the heat of the fire I'm talking about. There are some serious flames out there in PL. And my last try to get my right... They only cost 1.8$ if you buy the 2000plat pack.

If you don't buy the helium with it, and go to a lower end grocery store, you can get it for under a dollar.
