Allience a new guild growing from its predecesors
The leader
We decided it won't be a just one leader the founders of this guild will be the leaders us three (nazgulking, matutd, and I phoenixking) will be the co-leaders and will be known as the sages.
Goals
Allience isn't a we specialize in one certain thing guild no, this guild is specializing and areas are goal is to be great teach the new players in all the divisions. In this guild who knows you can learn something new, we created a system named Divisions where we divide areas about the game into its respected division I will talk about this later. The guild's main goal though is motivate old players to learn and play something new and teach new players new stuff and motivate them to stay in the game.
Division
We have four divisions
The pvp (player versus player) division
This division focuses in ofcourse! Pvp. We will want players that are willing to teach poeple how to pvp and play teach them what's good for pvp the ranks are
Pvp rankings
Pvp teacher- a position where one is good at pvp and good at instructing teaching new players about pvp. How to pvp and old players to teach them to pvp
Pvp event planner-a position where one is good at coming up with events and know what type of pvp a player wants to create tournaments and competitions.
Pvp member- a position where one knows how to pvp where you are with other members playing pvp without need of your teacher helping you in what to do
Pvp student- a positions where a new player is interested in pvp but isn't that good at it he/she will decide what sub-section and will get a teacher for that
Sub divisions-we need sub-division for twinks and type of pvp if it's to that degree
End game pvp-to be adaptable to changing there style everytime a new campaign comes out
Twinks-this one will keep expanding as a new campaign comes out a new twink comes out as well so we need poeple that focus on the twink division to give idea as to orginization 1-4 5-9 10-14 and so on twinks subdivision is counted as a division itself
Pve division
The pve division focuses on ofcourse! Pve but more specifics as in, stats gear how to (for example for bears crowd control) to teach about there type of role in game and tips
Pve ranks
Pve teacher-a position where one teaches how to pvp advancedly and teach tips in playing techniques and strategies
Pve eventplanner-a position where one creates events for guild to do guild runs and pve competitions that would be interesting
Pve member-a position where one knows enough to not need a teacher and play pve like a normal player and use there techiques
Pve student- a position where one learns from his teacher all about pve and what to do and how to do it who also should try to learn new tips and strategies
New player division
This division focuses in helping new players to get more knowledge about games we also teach them about the guild and will invite them if they are good kindhearted trustable poeple.
New player ranks
New player instructor- a really experienced player in helping new players and sharing tips for new players they will also be the welcoming committee of the guild
New player planner- a position where one creates welcoming parties for new players and introduce new players through a party also plan the time to make the form about them (this is for ingame recruiting) basiclly a recruiter
New player helper-a position where on helps new poeple once they come out of learning how to do it the right way
New player student- a position where one learns how to be the most helpful possible and take tips of what to do to find new players
Misc. recreational divison
this division is involved with parties contest and gold technachly a social division and economical division
Misc. ranking
Economical/social teacher-a position where one teaches techniques in making gold and sharing his tips and cs economical strategies/ teaches tips in making awesome parties or clever contest
Party and contest planner- a position where one plans parties for the guild and non guild players also create contest and give aways too
Economical/social members-a position where one decides to become a merchant and practice his skills bareky learned/ decides to become a common attendee to events and throws in ideas to parties and contest and likes having fun with other poeple
Economical/social student- learn how to get more money and cs techniques/learn how to become more social and prepare them for event planning the two subs are countes as a division it self
Ranksthere is some extra feature in ranks, ranks have the option to be a student or member a student has a bonus you learn more about it and get tips while a member you start of having student in background might help you to go up also
You dont need to he an event planner to be a teacher a planner would just help you get a better chance to teacher you are not forced to go up rank but we would like if you would
Rules

Infractions
If you break the rules then you will get an infraction in a form we made for each player you also have a number by in order we screened you if you get 3 warnings-infractions then you would be kicked for bad behavior
