How do I get the APS if I'm lvl 66

Hello sts I need help...I'm lvl 66 and I need to complete the Aps Dream Eater there need to kill the boss Dreamer but I can't kill...To teleport in the map need lvl 61-65 but I'm lvl 66..How do I get the APS it's impossible in lvl 66 to complete the aps...Please sts fix this one more ppl need to complete...Thanks and please reply..)

Maybe with a future level cap you will be able to make it.

Did u try to teleport? Because its impossible if u cant go back to the previous map that u just opened.

Its not realy working "as intended" for the players. Its almost impossible to get someone of the same lvl to play with u in that map. U reach 66 u never get the chance. Why the quest then? Something is realy not working good in this.

Hmm didn't have this problem as I ran it daily, but if this is true then it's kinda unfair
