This breaks tos impersonating someone.
Their are also people who impersonate visonair and kanital -_- i hate those people!

The issue isn't "owning" the rights to the word dark. It is that someone (or several people) are making toons with known PL player names and adding Dark to the front. In itself, not that big of a deal I guess. The problem starts with those new "dark" toons start trying to make others believe they are alts or connected to the original players.
The difference is that someone is trying to impersonate Hunzzz, not just have a similar name. There was a thread about the darks once. Sry can't link atm. Think it was titled dark people friend or foe. All we pieced together there is that there is a guild for some of them, & so far no one has copped to it. They hadn't seemed to claim to be the originals, and their namesakes were mostly unaware.
I wonder if it's a pokemon reference?
This is why players shouldn't have names with multiple letters. It is very easy to impersonate them.
