Operation Migo's Market RMK

Hi guys, I want to remake Migo's Market, with a few changes to the business model. Most of the details are on the original thread, but I'm adding a few things. I NEED:
As I am PL financially drained right now I need INVESTORS/DONORS!

DONOR - They donate money to help the cause.
INVESTORS - They invest in the business. Once it starts, they will receive a 7.5% interest per month, until business picks up. (which hopefully it does...) Once it does, we can negotiate a higher interest rate for you and your gold as an investor. I know that starting interest rate is extremely low, but I need to get business starting off, or I might myself with virtual debt...the second worst kind of debt.

I also need...HELPERS!

I still will be doing the get stuff REALLY cheap business, but I will also list other peoples items for sale if they ask me (hopefully they will..), so you don't have to look through a bunch of other threads looking for what you need. I am also going to branch out into the Migo's Bank once I get about 10-20 million through this.....
Also, I will be eventually paying the helpers. Eventually. Once I have enough money. Heh.

I actually hope to. I have plenty of CS slots and hopefully will gain enough items to sell. I gained about 2 Million through one month last time.

Nah, they invest. They loan me gold to use for the business and they get interest on the gold loaned.
