Need some opinions.
I'm constructing my first twink! I'm a str bear l11 at the moment. And I want to make myself effective for farming this holiday season as well as possibly some pvp. I don't know what sets to look for, how to map and to what lv i should take my skills to be effective, or even how to distribute my base stats.
Any tips?

try 6 rage 4 stomp and all dex if u can get plat talon set and artesian/expert that would be good to
Respec skills and put 6 in rage. That is the most most important for any twink bear.

Really? Bears at low lvl with rage at max is just a beast of a char, way overpowered in dps and crit lol! If you use it with a dex weapon then you can just annihilate the whole map. A build might be pure dex unless you want to use str gear.
