I plan on posting a few more builds tomorrow (L26 war bird, L13 Mage, L16 Mage, and perhaps a few others )

I just updated it a bunch added a few more builds and gear for some of them.

I start with the buffs to the right, then go from bottom to top with the attacking skills in the middle, and when my HP is dropping fast you can use heal and mana shield at same time

I'm not sure what are are asking.
The only thing you don't want full is revive and mana shield.

150 Str, 150 int, rest dex.
Or if you want full armor and power, 150 STR, rest INt
I say rest dex because it gives you more hit. With crafted orlork, it's difficult to get over 90 hit. Whatever you do, do NOT go 150 str rest dex. Even though you have good hit and crit and dodge, no use because int affects skill damage much more. :0

Ive been playing with my stats and yea i think putting everything to dex aftr 150 on str aint good. I think the latter part is what ill test

Does anyone know of a good L13 Mage build, armor and combo?

6 rage, 6 stomp, and 2 super Mega slash.
This is for a lvl 15 auto-bow bear. Use stomp to keep a good distance between You and your opponent and if they get in range use your slash.
