Event bosses scaling

Are bosses scaled according to level these days or not? I found it impossible to complete the event at lower levels but could easily do it at end game.

It is scaled, but low levels have a hard time breaking the shield. Remove it and the event is easy at low levels.

I have a lvl 16 rogue with gold hooks, solo is easy peasy.

I believe the event is indeed scaled properly. But what do you mean by lower level? It will naturally be very hard and maybe impossible at lv 2 to solo it. With a full party, I guess it is only from lv 16 onwards (when you can use arcane weapon for stats) it can be done conveniently like at cap level.

The amount of time taken to complete this events boss-fight at 16 with arcane weapons is more or less similar to the time taken at endgame. Event -difficulty level depends on stats/pets/enhancements too, to an extent.

I did it on my level 2 mage with jord staff which proc helps a lot. Without jord it would be barely possible.
Also soloed on my level 16 warrior without arcane weapon - takes around 8-9 minutes which is boring.

I can solo. Duo is a bit faster but similar. Trio is much better. Super low levels (L2) seems a bit harder than like L10, L16. With arcane weapon...well, most people don’t have that but basic pinks with one other person is good.

Good event. I see lots of people wanting the black suit and weapons.
