Mass Lock bug?

I bought the massive locked horde crates from the store for 30 plat but then it said it costs 15 plat to open, in my inventory. Is that how it’s supposed to be? 45 plat pet crate? Why isn’t it like the crates during the love event where they opened right when you purchased them?

^ They'll check everyone and reimburse everyone who was affected, so if you did, then yes, if you didn't, then no.
