Kills and XP Everywhere vs. Future Level-Cap

The best way would probably be the middle way.
Let us get kills but no xp. XP only at STS (LV55) or the latest map.

This game needs to be rewardable when farming.
Those who are against it are those dudes who sit in the Base 24/7 trying to sell their overpriced stuff

Nobody would say no to a new lvl cap but PLEASE release the remaining Arbiter parts. We know they're finished. I even have the screenshots of them from 2012

Enabling kills gives us something to do while waiting and gives us competition because everyone will try to get on that leaderboard.

Kills everywhere YES , XP everywhere NO

that is true, but we can always get that option after we obtain a new level cap. We could have both of them instead of only one.
