Regarding account ban

I have been playing this game for the past few years and recently(few months ago) my account has been banned for no reason.I have never indulged in any kind of illegal activites .I have tried to reach the support several times yet havent been provided any sort of response so i bring this issue here.IGN:Goblinq/Critrz
